David Hocking has approximately 30 years construction industry experience in concrete and various technical, laboratory, quality and project management roles throughout victoria and nsw/act and more recently nationally.

Other activities include international and australian standards committees, sustainability organisation working groups (ISC/GBCA/MECLA), nata testing laboratory assessor/signatory. Industry association member such as concrete institute of aust, cement concrete & aggregates aust., and australian society of concrete pavements.
